This is an agreement between you or the entity that you represent ( hereinafter “you” or “your”) and INFOGREEN CLOUD SOLUTIONS governing software if you live in India. In the agreement contains the following terms and conditions.
Acceptance of agreement
By selecting a checkbox or clicking on a button, you will agree to the General Terms and User Agreement (including the Privacy Policy) and accept that you are able to use our Services. You also acknowledge that if you don’t agree with these terms, you should not use any of our services.
Description
We provide cloud-based applications and software for your personal or business use, including associated offline and mobile applications. If the data are erased in offline means, we are not responsible to retrieve that erased data. Using our platform you can create and edit content with your user account, and publish and share such content across the web or around your company
Free trial
We provide a free trial for 15 days. We'll provide you with a free trial of our ServicesAny data that you enter into the Services during the free trial will be permanently lost unless you opt to upgrade your subscription
Signup Obligation
You must sign up for a user account by providing all required information in order to access or use the Services. If you provide inaccurate, outdated or incomplete information as part of your sign-up, then info green may terminate your user account and refuse current or future use of any of the Services.
Restrictions on Use

use the services to send information that is clearly false and untrue and is written or published in any form with the intent to mislead or harass a person, entity, or agency for financial gain or to cause harm to anyone.

Make up a false identity in order to mislead anyone about the identity or origin of any communication.

use our Services in any way that directly threatens India's unity, integrity, defence, security, or sovereignty, friendly relations with other countries, or public order, or incites the commission of any cognizable offence or prevents the investigation of any offence, or is insulting to other countries.

post links to third-party websites or use their logo, company name, or other identifying information without their prior written permission.

Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services or any of its associated systems or networks.

Allow user licences to be shared or utilised by several people other than simply reassigning the user licence to a new user.
spamming or illegal activities
You are one and only responsible for the information and contents of your transmissions through the Services. You shall not engage in any activity that interferes with, disrupts, destroys or alters any data contained in the Services in a manner that is inconsistent with applicable laws, regulations and standards. You agree not to use the Services for illegal purposesWe reserve the right to terminate your account if we suspect that you are involved with illegal activities.
User Generated Content
You shall be only responsible for your own User Generated Content, including any information and content you transmit or publish using any of the Services. You represent and warrant that you have all rights, necessary to use the Service without violation of any third party's copyrights, registered rights, trademarks or proprietary rights. You shall not post content containing software viruses or programs designed to destroy, interrupt, limit or interfere with the functionality of a computer software system or network.
Fees and Payments
We have only had a manual billing plan. So you will renew your plan when it is finished. No refund option available here.
Personal Information and Privacy
You are responsible for keeping personal information private. You are responsible for any activities that occur in your user account, and you agree to notify us promptly by email if there is any unauthorised use of your user account. We are not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you or a third party as a result of unauthorised access to and/or use of your user account.
Disclaimer of Warranties
You clearly acknowledge and agree that using the services is entirely at your own risk. The services are supplied as-is and as-available. Info green expressly disclaims all express and implied warranties of any kind, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Suspension and Termination
In the event of suspected criminal conduct, extended periods of inactivity, or requests from law enforcement or other government agencies, we may suspend your user account or temporarily block access to all or part of any Service. Objections to the suspension or deactivation of user accounts must be made in writing within thirty days of being notified of the suspension. After thirty days, we may cancel a suspended or disabled user account. On your request, we will also terminate your user account.
Modification of Terms of Service
We reserve the right to change this Agreement at any time by issuing a service announcement or sending an email to your primary email address. If we make major changes to the Agreement that affect your rights, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance via email to your email address.
